On this page you can submit a return, exchange request, or exercise your right of withdrawal using the online form below.

Only items purchased on https://international.trollbeads.com/ can be handled through this form. If your item was purchased from a local retailer or webshop, please contact the relevant store directly.

All jewellery is carefully quality-checked before shipment, and we hope you will love your new Trollbeads jewellery. However, if your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, we will of course help you find a solution as quickly as possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the online form on this page. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

You can return the jewellery within 30 days of delivery.

Please return it in its original packaging and place it in a protective envelope. Be aware that postage is at your own expense and that we recommend insurance for safe arrival.
